Policy in Shortcut
PAYMENTS
Payments are made through Paypal, Bank Transfer, and Tpay.
Prices can be seen in EURO and PLN, Polish customers would be charged in PLN and all other customers would be charged in EURO.
In case of Bank Transfer payment please choose EUR account.
ORDER PROCESSING & TIMING
- You will get an email confirmation when your payment has been received, and another email with your tracking number when your order has been packed.
- Please allow up to 7 working days for sending your order, we are a small brand.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Individual or multiple items from your order can be returned within 14 days from the receiving date.
If you changed your mind about an item, you were sent the wrong item or you are looking for a size change, please contact via email at providing the following info: shop.dhlife@gmail.com
- Your order number (eq. #DHL112)
- The purpose of your email (eq. Wrong Item, Size Change, Return)
- Please use our Order Return Form and include it with the email.
*Items must be returned un-used, un-washed, and with original packaging/tags. Always contact us by email before making the shipment to us.
- In the case of a return, the shipping costs are paid by the sender. Once delivered to us, the item will be checked and if it meets the returns requirements, you will be refunded the entire cost of the item (not shipping expenses) directly to your bank account, credit card, or PayPal account.
- In the case of a size change, the shipping costs are paid by the sender. Once we are notified that the item has been shipped, we will proceed to send you the correct size at the sender’s cost.
- In the case of having received the wrong item, we will arrange a pick up at an address indicated by you, providing you the shipping document needed. We will then proceed to send you the correct item at our own cost.
Please remain that the period of initiating each and any of this activity ceases after 14 days from the delivery date (as shown by delivery service tracking).

SHIPPING
We are using the services of furgonetka.pl to cover shipping. They offer us many options for shipping. We are also using services of Polish Post, we are sending once a week with them.
